August 26, 2008Currently in Sarasota, there are 8,677 single family homes and 4,599 condominiums for sale. This is the lowest levels of inventory since February 2006. Inventory levels continue to decline as the best deals are being purchased by buyers and investors that realise that now is a great time to buy. Prices remain higher than they were five years ago. In July there were 454 homes sold.
I am looking to purchase a 3 bedroom condo on a golf course, with swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness preferably in foreclosure. Do you have anything to offer?
